ORDER AND DELIVERY TIMES

 

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 2 business days for your order to be processed once your order is confirmed. 

Please note during high volume sale periods such as Christmas, or new range releases, there may be minor delays – we appreciate your patience during this time, and know that you will be sent your tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched! Orders are not dispatched at weekends. For example, if you order on a Thursday you will receive tracking on Monday after two working days have passed.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING TIMES​

Club Retros are delighted to offer free shipping on all orders. See below for the shipping times to your destination.
Please be aware our shipping times are on top of our 2 business day processing times. Please ensure you order with enough time if your order is for a gift or holiday!

COUNTRY & DELIVERY TIMES 
(Please note business days is WEEKDAYS only, we do not ship or process orders at the weekend, and our standard free delivery does not operate on Sundays)

  • ENGLAND AND WALES: 5-8 business days

  • SCOTLAND, IRELAND AND NORTHERN IRELAND: 7-10 business days

  • EU: 7-10 business days

  • USA: 8-12 business days

  • INTERNATIONAL: 10-15 business days

Once shipped, you will be emailed dispatch confirmation and a parcel tracking number. 

The carrier will depend on your local postal carrier in your country. All UK deliveries will be carried by Royal Mail.

CUSTOMER INFORMATION

It is the customers responsibility to ensure the correct details are left when placing your order. Please double check your shipping address and email address is correct at checkout. 

​

You will be sent a summary of your order confirmation automatically via email straight after placing your order. If you do not receive this within 30 minutes, it's likely there has been an error in the email address added at checkout. Please kindly email us to check your email information by providing us with the name you have used on your order. 

​

If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing your order, please notify us as soon as possible within the first 24 hours after placing your order so we can amend the shipping details before dispatch. 

​

If an incorrect delivery address is provided by the customer, such as an old house address or errors in postal addresses, it is the responsibility of the customer to retrieve this, or place a new order if you have not notified us of this error within a reasonable time. We are not responsible for replacing orders if this is dispatched with the wrong delivery information and this is not noticed by the customer until after delivery has failed, as we are often unable to retrieve back lost stock, so cannot automatically replace this for free.

If for any reason, delivery is failed due to an incorrect address and your tracking states your order has been returned to sender, please note this can take up to 15 working days for this to be received back at our logistics hub. We will need to wait until this is received back with us before refunds or new orders can be sent again.
